Your orders are shipped by us from our office in Paris.

Standard delivery will be made by Colissimo within a delay of 2 to 4 working days for a price of €5.00.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

For any unusual delivery delays, contact us by email
at contact@artemis-paris.fr. We will do our best to
help you find your package.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges, only refunds. Send back to us
the item that does not suit you and reorder on the site.

We are happy to offer you prepaid return labels. You have 15 days after receipt of your order to
make your return.

Only
items returned in perfect condition will be accepted (unworn, no trace of wear or task) and in their original packaging. Please note that parts from which the label has been detached cannot be returned.
