These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “C.GV"), define the terms of sale between the company Artémis-Paris and the Customer within the framework of a distance selling system on the Internet and mobile, for goods defined in the site's sales catalog Internet and mobile (hereinafter “the Site”).These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force on other websites or other media.
These C.GV are brought to the attention of each Customer to enable them to place an order and make their purchases.The fact of the Customer completing an order on the Site (filling the basket) and confirming the order (validating the basket) constitutes full acceptance of these C.GV, which will only be applicable to the following contract.

The products offered to the Customer are those which appear in the catalog published on the Site within the limits of available stocks and subject to the proper functioning of the Site.
Each product is presented accompanied by a photograph and a description established by the company Artémis-Paris. The descriptions are intended to present to the Customer the essential characteristics of the products before taking the final order and cannot in any way engage the liability of the company Artémis-Paris. Product visuals are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.
Taking an order on the Site involves opening a Customer Account by entering two identifiers: an email address and a password. These identifiers are and must be kept confidential. The right of access by the Customer to the identifiers can be made upon simple request to the Internet Customer Service of the company Artémis-Paris, who will respond only by e-mail to the address used during the request. creation of the Customer Account.

For any order modification, the Customer must contact Internet Customer Service no later than the day before collection before 5 p.m.: by email contact@artemis-paris.com. No refunds can be made.
The company Artémis-Paris reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of failure by the customer to fulfill one of its obligations and more generally, to refuse any order presenting an abnormal or incomplete nature for whatever reason. The order is only final after confirmation by the company Artémis - Paris. The company Artémis - Paris will confirm to the customer the acceptance of their order by email or, where applicable, its refusal within 48 working hours of entering their order on the Internet.
The prices indicated are in Euros including tax.
VAT included is the French VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the VAT rate were to be modified, these changes may be reflected in the price of the items without the Customer being informed in advance.
However, prices cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed.
Shipping costs include the costs of quality packaging provided by the company Artémis-Paris.
Delivery costs are invoiced by the company Artémis-Paris. Prices and fees may vary or fluctuate depending on commodity prices and the market in general. The company Artémis-Paris allows itself the possibility of increasing its prices.
Delivery costs are invoiced in addition to the price of the goods. Delivery rates depend on the delivery method chosen (delivery by courier or home delivery), as well as the geographical area, weight and/or volume of the package.
Payment for products is only made by credit card CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, online from the Site. Validation of payment by credit card is immediate.
To be registered, the order must be paid in full. Unpaid orders cannot be delivered. In addition, the company Artémis-Paris authorizes itself to suspend any order or delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization from financial organizations.
In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to the supply of perishable, agri-food products, such as products sold by the Site. Also, the Client cannot rely on this.
For other products, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the company Artémis-Paris, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, for exchange (subject to availability) or refund or credit. If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the first following working day. The right of withdrawal can be exercised on plain paper. The products must be returned within fourteen (14) days following notification to the company Artémis-Paris of the Customer's decision to withdraw, accompanied by the confirmation email in their packaging. original and in perfect condition allowing them to be re-marketed in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be returned.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded, in full or in the form of a credit; Return costs are free. The exchange (subject to availability) or credit will be made within fourteen (14) days from receipt, by the company Artémis-Paris, of the products returned by the Customer in the conditions of this article.
Any modification or cancellation by the Customer may be taken into account 48 hours before the order is prepared and in no case when the order has been shipped (except for a specific order for which no modification can be made after completion) . This possibility is appreciated on a case by case basis by the company Artémis-Paris. From the moment the package has been left at the Post Office or handed over to a carrier, no modification or cancellation can be taken into account and the payment paid cannot be returned.

The products sold on the Site are offered while stocks last. A product that has become unavailable will, as soon as possible, be removed from the product catalog or indicated as unavailable for a limited period.
However, if it is impossible to provide the requested products, the company Artémis-Paris will contact the Customer by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible in order to agree with them to postpone delivery pending restocking of this product, when possible, or to replace the product with another equivalent in quality and price.
The company Artémis-Paris guarantees the Customer that the products are manufactured and packaged according to strict quality rules, and stored in accordance with the standards in force in France.
However, the company Artémis-Paris cannot extend its guarantee on its products if the Customer has not respected optimal conservation conditions, or if the Customer has consumed products beyond of the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
SHOP PICKUP
In the case of a Shop Collection order, the Customer undertakes to collect their order from the selected store on the same day and during the time slot they have chosen. As the products are perishable, the company Artemis - Paris will not be able to keep an order that has been forgotten by the Customer. Any forgotten order cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The Customer must present the necessary supporting documents to collect their order: identity document and confirmation email. These supporting documents must correspond to the delivery or billing details entered when ordering as well as, where applicable, to the details of the holder of the payment card used.
Any order placed the day before 6 p.m. can be collected from the store at the earliest the next day at 10 a.m. (depending on the opening days of the selected store).
DELIVERY BY COURIER AND SHIPPING TO HOME
Deliveries by courier are made in Paris and Île-de-France within the deadlines indicated when the Customer places the order.
Home shipments are made in mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Belgium. Orders are prepared after payment has been accepted by the credit card center and shipped within 48 to 72 working hours at the latest. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday and Tuesday (except public holidays).
The Customer is responsible for information relating to the name and address of the recipient. These details must be precise, exact and complete (notably door and floor code) to allow delivery under normal conditions. The recipient's telephone number is required for courier deliveries.
The company Artémis-Paris cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a return of delivery due to an address error or an inability to deliver to the address indicated.
In the event that a delivery address is incomplete or imprecise, the company Artémis-Paris reserves the right to contact the recipient directly by telephone in order to complete with them the missing delivery information in the as long as the telephone number is not incorrect and the recipient unavailable.
Orders indicating a post office box address cannot be taken into account and processed. The company cannot be held responsible if the product could not be delivered in the event of natural disasters or force majeure.

Under no circumstances can the company Artémis-Paris be held responsible for any possible deterioration of the products due to their late withdrawal from the carrier. Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages. The delivery time cannot be guaranteed during holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc. During these periods, orders delivered late cannot benefit from a credit.
The company Artémis-Paris reserves the right to advise against or even stop the sending of certain delicate products during periods of extreme heat.
The preparation and delivery costs to your home are as follows:

The company Artémis-Paris insures the goods to the place of delivery. The transport risk is borne by the buyer. It is the recipient's responsibility to check shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations that appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it shows signs of deterioration.
Finally, if the product, under the responsibility of the courier, has not been delivered, for any other cause linked to customs, strikes or damage or any other cause of force majeure as defined by the courts, the sale may then be resolved and the Customer may obtain restitution of his price to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive kindness, good faith always being presumed in the person who takes the trouble to present the dispute.
The Customer is required to ensure the conformity of his order at the time of collection. Once the order has been collected, no claims of non-compliance will be accepted. In the case of delivery, the Customer is required to ensure the conformity of his order. If the order turns out to be non-compliant, an e-mail must be sent to customer service within 72 hours with a photo of the point of dispute raised.
After analysis and if acceptance of the complaint by the company Artémis-Paris, a commercial gesture, credit or reimbursement will be offered to the Customer.
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from his or her written complaint to the professional.

The customer must under no circumstances resell products which are intended for his personal use or that of the person receiving his order. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of the products or their images for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data, the Seller sets up a processing of personal data whose purpose is the sale and delivery of products and services defined in this contract. The Buyer is informed of the following elements:

- The data subject has the right to request from the data controller access to personal data, rectification or erasure thereof, or restriction of processing relating to the data subject, or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability

- the information requested when ordering is necessary for the establishment of the invoice (legal obligation) and the delivery of the goods ordered, without which the order cannot be placed.
In accordance with articles 39 and 40 of the “information technology and freedoms” law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access and rectify and delete data concerning him or her. If one of these general conditions should be declared inapplicable or is invalidated for any reason, this invalidity will not affect the application or validity of the other provisions of the general conditions, the one invalidated or deemed inapplicable being then replaced by the closest possible arrangement.
Neither the company Artémis-Paris, nor the Client can be held responsible in the event of non-performance, non-performance or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these C.GV which would have originated in a case of force majeure, as defined by the courts.
These general conditions are governed exclusively by French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of translation, only the French version is authentic.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court once amicable means have been exhausted.
The liability of the company Artémis-Paris cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country where the products marketed on this site would be delivered.
